You need to give starting stack sizes in hand histories as that is highly important. He most likely either has AA or a straight draw and you reprsented a set/top 2 in a raised pot. So bet something from 1/2 to full pot and expect to take it if calling same would leave him with money left to bet on the river. If he is a looser caller and can call allin, he will be more likely to call though.

I would assume that he probably has AAxx, I would check the turn and if 976j or any heart hits I would probably half pot to 2/3 pot on river if he checks behind. He might even throw in a weak bet of 100 or so on the rive in this case i would either fold or raise, never call, but opt for a raise to around 400 or so. Any background on villian? Whats his pfr range?

I like the flop bet, u might even be winning.

I would bet again on the turn.

I think the amount you bet should be the same as the amount you usually bet when you fill a medium sized house(8,9 or 10 full) on the turn and it is checked to you. Some people bet half or 2/3 the pot, I like to bet the pot.

I think the PFR is basically floating the flop. He may have a decent flush draw, or an overpair. I dont think he liked the 8 and a bet will get rid of him enough times for it to be profitable.

PS why is the pot only $411 on the turn?
