Default Sites licensed in the European Union

In my knowledge these sites are licensed in the EU

24h Poker
32Red Poker
VC Poker
Bettson
Pacific
Ladbrokes

Is there anyone offering rakeback at any of these and are they worth playing btw ???

Have I btw missed any sites, that have licence in the EU ?

Pokerroom is licensed by the kahnawake (spelling?) gamming Commision in an indian reservate in Canada(?) and so while the software and much of everything else originates in Sweden, technically it is not swedish.

I think William Hill is ok too, but I'm not sure.

I'm thinking Bet365 should be on that list. Pokerchamps was taken over by Betfair.

Here's the latest I read about this...

B2B - all sites
PartyPoker
PartyPoker
EmpirePoker

Microgaming Poker Network (Prima)
Bet365*
Stans Poker
Purple Lounge
The Gaming Club
River Belle Poker Room
32Red
Nordicbet
Betway
BetOnBet
PokerArena

Ongame-nätverket
Eurobet
Bet24
Canbet

Tribeca
Victor Chandler (and their skins)
Paddy Power
Doyle's Room* (lots of skins as well)

Cryptologic
All Crypto sites are based in Netherlands Antilles, which is not part of the EU but it is a part of a group of countries in which the rules of free trade of services are applied. This can probably be interpreted as that the EU rules do apply here (for Swedish people for instance that means that there is no tax on your winnings) but we wont be certain until it is tried in a court.

iPoker
BetFred*

Standalone sites
PokerChamps
Ladbrokes
Pacific
GamesGrid Poker
Paradisebet
Svenska Spel
Poker4ever
Full Tilt*
Unibet

* These sites are based in countries outside the EU that has an association with the EU that means that they are to be considered as members when it comes to trade of services (poker is a service)

Non-EU sites
PokerStars
Everest
AbsolutePoker
UltimateBet
Paradise Poker
WorldPX
PKR

Charity, lots of "false" info.

In Finland, the "tax office"(?) has told us the netherlands antilles, even though it´s got connections to europe, is NOT considered EU based. Therefore a lot of cryptos fall out of this group of EU based sites. Doyle´s room, no. Betfred, no. Full tilt also no. Those are the ones i know about, and these are not considered "EU sites", at least not in Finland.

Purple lounge also seem to be in the west indies -> not eu.
