processguard & snoopfree, but still .dll files on desktop

I had the lhh.dll file as well as a new one, DM.dll on my desktop when I closed party today. Does that mean that they still somehow are spying on me? Process guard is enabled and it's no longer in learning mode so it should be working properly. Snoop free has blocked a bunch of attempts, but perhaps something got through?
