Losing moniez, need help!
I recently started playing at PokerStars and I immediately srated losing money. I need someone to point out the leaks in my game because I'm going crazy here :/
I have, ... ummm... I dunno? Maybe 6-10k hands that I could email someone, should someone be kind enough to run them through PT for me and tell me what I'm doing wrong. I've been playing pretty tight and straight forward poker in my own opinion, but obviously I must be doing something wrong here and I fear losing my whole bankroll if this keeps up. My errors are mostly in my post flop play since I've been very selective with my starting hand requirements. So I humbly ask thee noble 2+2'ers; who can help me? |

Re: Losing moniez, need help!
How much do you pay?
This is not a smartass response, there are good poker coaches out there. But none of the good ones are free. You can't just barge in and say: "Please analyze 6K hands for me!" |

Re: Losing moniez, need help!
I was thinking more like running the hands though PT and having a look at my stats. That should take like... what? 10min? How much do you charge by the hour? I will take free coaching also if you have some links for me.

Re: Losing moniez, need help!
Post individual hands here. Read through the forums, respond to posts. Read books, study the game, and get better. There's no easy solution, it just takes lots of time and hard work. I really don't know what else to tell you.
Btw, 10k hands of running bad is nothing, even for great players. If you're a mediocre player, you can expect much worse. |

The closest you'll get to that are the session reviews here, which would be a good idea imo. ps. where's the October session review? |

Re: Losing moniez, need help!
I guess I'm panicking and looking for a quick fix to stop the downswing. I have read books and posts on the forums and studying the game in general quite a lot. I just want something to end the pain :/

The reason I don't have PT is because they do not have a version for my operating system. And I am too cheap to pony up $300 for Windows and $200 for virus protection and $150 for a firewall and ... EDIT: Oh, and nice job of beating someone when they're down. I really appreciate keen interest and valuable input to this thread. |
