Flop: ($94) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $70, Hero calls $70.

Turn: ($234) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, BB checks.

River: ($234) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $120, BB calls $120.

Final Pot: $474.

Villain is a regular (21/16/2), stacks around 100BB.

How to get the most money of it? Ok, when he got a King it's no problem, but let's assume he got a pair (99+).
Donk flop/turn or was it the best way as it was played?

Fold preflop. As played, I like either donking the turn or checking both turn and river. My reasoning for the latter is that I don't think he ever bets the turn here with a PP. If he bets the turn he is bluffing or has a K. If you check the river after turn checks through he will value bet any hand he would call a bet with IMO, and river c/rs are sexy.

I think JJ and QQ will check behind on the river most of the time.

Maybe if he's a weak tight nit. If he's good he's probably value betting TT on the river.
