Default 10/20 push with a draw..

Is this bad?

10/20nl, and villain is a donk - minbetting mid/bottom pair, etc. He seems to be able to fold though. He has $2k and I cover. The hand:

I have QJo on co. I open to 80 and am called by villain on button.

Flop is 4s9s10h. I lead for 2/3 pot, villain minraises, and I push. I hoped to fold out most pairs and more specifically the flush draw. As it happens he had Qs10s, insta-calls, and it holds up. Standard?

Comments pls?

i prefer this play on a non-flush draw board since if he calls you with the flush draw or pair and flush draw you are in v bad shape

overbets have never been my style, but getting it in here is not that bad, you have a lot of equity against his holdings, he had the worst 2 cards possible.

This is under-estimated, and why you should make constant reads on your opponents play with flush draws.
