BEAT - i cant [censored] sleep!!

heres how a 3day stretch runs for me:

night 1)i stay up all night and the next day
night 2)i pass out between 11pm - 1am and sleep for at least 16hrs (no joke, im dead serious)

night 3)i wake up no earlier than 5pm and this is where night 1 begins and the cycle repeats

every time i do get it on track (10am wakup), i fall back into the bad habits very soon

im sure more than one of you have experienced these problems......sooooo some advice please

should i just go see a doc and get some RX......or just let time pass and ill grow out of it??

I did it for a month. If you're employed or socially active it won't work most likely but if you just play poker... yeah it'd be awesome.

I did it for a month successfully but I went on vacation and got screwed up.
