Default 22speed: KK postflop, A on flop. Big pot. I probably donk it up

On the flop I was thinking that the pot was already so big that I couldn't get away no matter what. How big does the pot have to be for this to be right in a situation like this?

If you're planning to call a push (or push behind a bet), just push first.

Other than that, yeah, I'd say you're married to the pot.

I think your PF rr is too small, probably bump to 900. If you are planning on putting all your money in on the flop just push instead of checking, you don't have any fold equity anyway b/c he is committed. What range did you put him on?
