Default Villain minraising gives me trouble

Villain is 40/13, seems a bit aggro. He's minraised my c-bet 2 or 3 times in a row now, so I made a note to have a hand when I get involved. Led to this:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($3.15)
Hero ($15.90)
SB :#A500AF(Villain)/ ($10.55)
BB ($18.40)
UTG ($13)

Preflop: Hero is Button with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.4</font>, SB :#A500AF(Villain)/ calls $0.35, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($0.90) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Villain checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.6</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Villain raises to $1.2</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2</font>, Villain calls $0.80.

Turn: ($4.90) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Villain bets $2.2</font>, Hero calls $2.20.

River: ($9.30) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Villain bets $5.95 (All-In)

So what's your feelings on this, what's the right line here?

Default Re: Villain minraising gives me trouble

First of all, the flop 3 bet is terrible. I would just flat him here, but if you are going to 3 bet, it must be alot bigger than that. Once you get the turn its a fold. You have to think to yourself at this point what do you honestly beat? A bluff or a weaker ten, which is very unlikely. On the flop he could have been c/r-ing you with a draw, but the draw just got there, and by the river every draw got there. Please fold the turn, and stop 3-betting so small.
