Default 100NL, close AA river decision

I've only observed one big hand with villain, where he called all in on the turn with TPGK on wet board, and it held up against someone's bluff. He seems to stack off fairly light. The river decision here is between calling and reraising all in. No draws have completed, and I'm ahead of K9. If he flopped a set, then villain bets the turn? These are all arguments for raising. On the other hand, river raises are usually monsters or bluffs, so there usually isn't a lot of value reraising without the nuts. So should I call, or make a thin value raise?

He could have a 4 but that's unlikely so I want to get it in here. I just don't see a boat checking behind on the turn. He probably has a K.

Not sure with turn check as gives him a free card if hes drawing.
I'm not sure what to put villain on here but with a 4 i think he def bets turn. Maybe 99/33 makes this play but I think more likely to be AK or something similar. What hands beat you here? A4s/33/99/kk. I thinks its worth a shove if he'll pay you off with AK or similar.

agree with McRoNiX. I thought Ax d and a bluff at the pot when I read the HH ... I'd shove here. Pay him off if he held one of those few hands that beat you.
