Default 99 overpair vs aggroish guy

Villain 45/12/11. No notes.

Is the turn a call? RR preflop? Raise flop? I guess my line is really passive.

I dont like the call preflop from a guy with these stats. You are gonna get into alot of messy situations when overs land on the flop.

RR or fold

I like a flop raise too. One, he bet so small that if he is on a draw, he's pricing himself in. Two, this guy seems like a big enough donk to call a raise with a bunch of stuff you beat.

I play it the same. Calling in position preflop is totally standard. There is no value in a flop raise here - do u all c y? Turn fold is good.

Turn a call? Nope. With no notes, I would definately find a fold here. Higher overpair is likely. J/x might have picked up a pair.

RR Preflop? I don't like to inflate the pot with no reads with just 99. Even if you hit an overpair, you aren't completely sure where you stand. I believe I would reraise TT+ there.

About the passivity of your line... I don't really think it matters how passive your line.
