Default HU TPGK VERY marginal

ok so.. villian here is pretty striaght forward, but he will from time to time play back at me.. let me use the following hand to demonstrate:
Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 2 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

<font color="black">Hero (BB): $132.70</font>
SB: $366.80

<font color="black">Preflop:</font> Hero is dealt (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB raises to $2</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $8</font>, SB calls $6

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($16) (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $12</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $35</font>, Hero calls $23

<font color="black">Turn:</font> ($86) (2 Players)
Hero checks, SB checks

<font color="black">River:</font> ($86) (2 Players)
Hero checks, SB checks

Pot Size: $86 ($0.50 Rake)

(villian has k7o=/)

so.. what do we do here?

<font color="black">Hero (BB): $149.40</font>

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($20) (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $15</font>, SB calls $15

<font color="black">Turn:</font> ($50) (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $25</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $50</font>, Hero ??

just to clarify, he is either playing back or has the best hand, we played for a while and was very black and white about what he was doing (either best hand or a bluff) I can see this being a flush, set, two pair, K of clubs, A10 (club), or complete air.

Basically...
shove
call (revaluate river)
fold

Actually after thinking about the first hand I should have reraised all in there, ton of outage and his range is JUUUUST thin enough to make this play

I also noticed that I would prefer the turn bet in hand to to be 35 or bigger
