optimum line in this spot?
was donking around at NL50 and played this hand.
UTG opener is uber nit playing 6/6 over 100 hands (yeah yeah sample size w/e) but i still felt he was so tight that raising AKs here wouldn't accomplish much as i am only folding out hands i want in anyway. plus i thought i'd let the fish into the pot too when he didn't Cbet i [x] put him on AK and so i bet to win the pot, when he called i figured maybe he just plays overpairs really strangely, and the river was sweet obviously do you think the line i took was best for the situation? i know alot of people are gonna say 3bet PF, but what is that acheiving, outline how you are gonna proceed on different flops and against different actions from the villain. Re: optimum line in this spot?
I wouldn't have bet the turn. Maybe I would if I were in position and they both checked to me again.
Bet/fold on river seems pretty standard but you are gonna lose a lot. |
