workout for girlfriend
My girlfriend is naturally pretty skinny, and has trouble putting on weight. She's 5-6 110. Her butt is small and she wants to make it bigger vida style, not fat. How does she go about it?
Her current workout for lower body is deadlift, squats, lunges, and running. |
