I don't lead flop, but it's not awful or anything. River is close, but lean towards call. I think you're probably ahead enough to justify it (missed flush draw, general donkiness, you checked behind turn, etc.).

I'd lead flop and either get a free card (you did) or fold the field.
Check down the turn and call the tiny river bet without a doubt. I gotta think you won this one! |

I call the river because you checked the turn and he might have decided he can take the pot for free.
