[ QUOTE ]
Careful that you don't get banned. [/ QUOTE ] For reposting or for throwing out other links? I don't make money off my own site, the youtube vid is funny and the other article is informative. I can't edit them out anymore, but if a mod thinks they should, then I have no problem with that (and am sorry for causing trouble). |

Re: Gir\'s 2/4 PartyPoker Video: Looking for Commentary
i watched it all.
for the most part you play a pretty solid tag game. nothing major really stood out in the session. i dont think you had any major interesting decisions. couple of small "leaks" that i can recall. open folding A2s OTB? raise it up all day. the early double barrel with 56cc into 2 players was pretty bad, especially given your reads. not paying attention and donking into pfr by accident with 88 on the J99 board. small things here aand there but nothing major really. if you are on a bad downswing i think its likely that a large portion of it is simple variance. your fundamental game seems pretty solid, def solid enough to beat party pokaaah 2/4. maybe another video with some more interesting hands would possibly get you some better analysis. oh, squarepusher is the nuts also. nice musical tastes |

Re: Gir\'s 2/4 PartyPoker Video: Looking for Commentary
I watched, and I think you raise alittle too much.
I like your style of play, but when you have a couple limpers and with a marginal hand, you dont have to fold, because you don't feel like raising with a couple limpers. A call would be ok. About 15 min in or so you had 10 K OTB and a guy mini raises, I don't see why you folded there. You just don't have to be the raiser in every pot you play, calling would be ok. |

Re: Gir\'s 2/4 PartyPoker Video: Looking for Commentary
Two suggestions:
1. Buy a 20" monitor 2. Don't waste so much time making useless notes. I mean the fact that a shortstack pushes QQ PF or a guy folds his button raise when you 3-bet are not noteworthy and just end up distracting you. A couple of times when taking notes you lost track of the action which should never happen 4-tabling. |

Re: Gir\'s 2/4 PartyPoker Video: Looking for Commentary
I'm not a big fan of the 4x open raises OTB, but that's just preference i spose, although i think you should pay greater attention to short-stacks in the blinds, if you're gunna open and there's a 14bb stack in the blinds (i.e J8s hand) i'd make it 3xbb max if i intended to raise/fold.
