Re: .25/.5 Two QQ hands vs same villain
first hand is fine... dont want to smooth call on such a drawy board.
second hand is horrible imo, original raiser 4-bets after a 3-bet and cold call and then there is another call in front of you... i dont see QQ being ahead here without a SERIOUS read |

Re: .25/.5 Two QQ hands vs same villain
Second hand is OK, I could see a villain not being able to fold 99-JJ or hands like AQ or AK which you do OK against. Just kind of a crap spot. Shortstacking idiot could have anything.

First hand is good.
Second, Villain is showing MASSIVE strength, you need to abort. |

Re: .25/.5 Two QQ hands vs same villain
I don't like the cold call in hand 2 -- raise it up or get out right there if you think the 2 guys are uber-nits for some reason.
Shorty is raising a really wide range, and UTG+1 (what's with the "Villain" bit?" don't need to rename him... you've got two of 'em, too) range is pretty wide, give that shorties is... I'd reraise right there intending to get it in against unknowns. Sure, the times you see KK,AA and you're smoked are going to stick in your memory, but when they both fold or UTG calls with A3, or 99 you're going to forget about all the profit you made in the non-eventful ones. |

Re: .25/.5 Two QQ hands vs same villain
Just realized you cold-called in hand 1 too. That's pretty bad too.
Whenever I see a cold call like yours, I can basically peg the hand as JJ/QQ or AK. QQ is a good, made hand, play it like it is one. |

Re: .25/.5 Two QQ hands vs same villain
I wanted it to be clear that it was the same villain in both hands, in case that helps with reads.
