I've had to deal with Instadebit support a couple of times and this exchange is par for the course. Their CS agents just spew info right from the instadebit.com FAQ, and if you have a question that goes beyond that they refer you to the security email addy.

well, i emailed them, and they told me that i have to open a canadian currency account. boooooooooooooooooooourns.

I got referred to security once too. Thought it was weird.
And for the record, Instadebit is probably the best and fastest wallet out there. No hassle whatsoever and it's very fast. |

[/ QUOTE ] yeah, i never doubted they would have good service....but i'm kinda skeptical whether we actually aren't allowed US currency accounts, or whether they just tell us that so they can eat the 2% exchange vig. |
