UB checks, sigh
So I requested a cash out on June 16th and it was approved the same day. Checks have been taking around 1 month for me from the site, which pretty much sucks but I haven't really had any problems besides the waiting time. So I check my account today and the amount that I cashed out is sitting in my account. No email or anything from UB of course. I check my transaction history and it says "STOPPED PAYMENT ISSUED- insufficient address (DF Traced ID xxxxxxx, MailCheck)" Haven't changed my address or anything of course.
I sent UB a long rambling email pretty similar to this post, I'll update this thread when I get a response, which will likely take 5-8 weeks. Just kinda ridiculous to not even notify the customer when the withdrawal is canceled, let alone canceling it for no good reason (as far as I know) in the first place.
