I cant imagine this not being good unless he has like 87. His turn bet scares me a bit though, it's sort of big.

I'm not sure I like taking a hand that I think can realistically just bet the turn for value into a bluff where it's unlikely you would have taken this line w/an over pair or trips 7's. Unless you feel strongly that the villain is either floating or on some draw, I think I prefer just bet-folding or possibly check-calling.

Hate flop and turn. Why are you leading the flop vs an aggressive villain? And why are you trying to get someone to fold an overpair when they potted the turn and likely can't fold an overpair anyway?

why are you bluffing a hand with a lot of value vs. possible villains range...

I admire the creativity in your bluffs. ...however there's a reason why it's probably creative and not a good standard spot.
As has been said in the last pro cr vids, most poker is just solid solid solid. Especially at SSNL and MSNL you can likely get away with standard bluff spots only? |

If you were the preflop raiser I like the line, but here you're basically trying to bluff an overpair which is usually not a good idea especially as he likely also has <300 hands on you.
Of course it's an extra $37 when he does have overcards which you don't get by betting the turn, but I doubt he has those often enough. |

A for effort, but against aggro villain you're probably better off playing straight.

Villian raised UTG and is showing strength on a relatively low flop. I don't like this bluff because most of his range calls.
Also you're repping a really small range here, 7x? or the flopped the straight. He's going to look you up here a lot of the time. |
