Probably basic 3-monitor setup question
Hello,
I currently have a Dell XPS210 computer, which has a video card with 2 ports. I plug my Dell 2001FP and Dell 2007WFP into it to use dual monitors. It is my intent to add the Dell 3007WFP (30in) to my setup, making my setup look something like this: Now, the XPS210 really isn't upgradeable (There isn't an open AGP/PCI slot to add in an additional video card. Is there accessory I can use to make this happen? |

Re: Probably basic 3-monitor setup question
According to the Dell page, there should be an extra half-height (slim) PCIe x 1 slot. The radeon x1300 should have one dual-link DVI port to support the 3007wfp. You should be able to find a PCIe x1 half-height video card that would support one 20" monitor. Good luck.

IIRC that was part of the pcie spec, but I may be misremembering (like x1 cards would definitly work in x8 slots) |
