Short-handed multiway with top-pair
Button is loose-aggresive (almost maniac)
SB should be viewed as loose passive. BB plays his first hand. How should I play this hand on the flop? Should I check-raise? Is check-call to passive on the turn? Re: Short-handed multiway with top-pair
When someone raises a bet it's not a 3-bet. I do check-raise the flop though here if the guy is as aggressive as you say. The BB in there is probably drawing thin and I would like him to call 3 or 4.

i c/c c/c b/c here. [/ QUOTE ] No. I don't anyway. You have perfect relative position against an overaggressive player and another guy trapped in the middle. |

Sorry! Should be fixed now [/ QUOTE ] Okay, I stick by my original post then. If you have a read that this guy can get overaggressive post flop then I think check-raising this flop is best with the BB in there. If it were heads-up I would be taking a more passive line. |

Re: Short-handed multiway with top-pair
With BB in there against a borderline maniac I would c/r/cap the flop unless BB wakes up.

Re: Short-handed multiway with top-pair
What about check-raising the turn? If BB is chasing the flush a check-raise will be more effective on the turn.
