Best book for mental improvement?
I think playing in the wrong frame of mind is definately my biggest leak so I am looking for a decent book to help improve this?
I was thinking Zen and The Art Of Poker. Any good? Any other recommendations? Cheers, Matt. |

Re: Best book for mental improvement?
Try the 'Poker Mindset' by Hilger, some others I would reccomend are "inside the Gamblers Mind' by Spanier, 'Why You Lose at Poker' by Fox, and 'Your Worst Poker Enemy' by Shoonmaker. GL

Ace on the River has some really good sections, too.
