Background:
Play uNL (25nl) online, never played higher stakes live. Finished first year of law school and birthday is coming up, so looking to gambool for a few days to blow off steam. This is "gambling" money, so I'm not necessarily looking to win a ton, just to screw around before my life gets all serious. As such, my live bankroll is probably only going to be 2-3 buyins. That said, I'd rather win than lose, so soft games are a plus, but must be a fairly large casino as this is for entertainment value. Any recommendations? |

Start downtown at the Plaza or Binions then work your way to the strip as you get comfortable with your live play. If you're going soon, next 30 days, go to the Rio or the Bellagio while the WSOP is on. You will have fun.

A search will probably find you lots of info.
My vote would be for the Venetian 1/2 NL with $300 max buy in. |

1/3 $500 max at TI is my personal favorite, though the 1/3 at Wynn (uncapped) is a great game as well.

do you like shorthanded play? If so, check out caesars. Every time I go there the 1-3 game was shorthanded. They usually have about 7 games going, most of the time they're short
