I'm currently cutting from 260 down to 200 and plan to bulk afterwards. Does anyone have any good reasons to only do cardio and no weight lifting.
I know i'll lose muscle along with fat but so far it's working out pretty well. I was 260 on June 1st and for the last 3 days i weighed 249.5 |

you are fat. you aren't "cutting" you're dieting.

dont worry about losing muscle, you will be able to gain it back easily and when you do you will burn more fat, now stop being such a fatass (most of us on this forum were at one point)

you should always lift. Cardio is less than half as significant as lifting, even towards losing fat. Remember, you are focusing on losing FAT not "weight" which includes muscle, water, etc
You will regret it if you only do cardio. If you convince yourself you only need cardio, you are plain wrong. johnstonefitness.com |

I am not sure what you are askin? Nobody on this forum is going to tell you to do only cardio.
