Did I make the right play?
There were three people left in our tournament, I was little blind. Dealer folded, I limped with Jh9s, and big blind checked. The flop was something along the lines of 9h-Kc-8h, we both checked. On the turn a 10h, my opponent put out a $3 bet, I was short stack so I went all-in which was another $7.60. He called and showed Qh6h. I know it was right for him to call, but was it a good play by me to go over the top?

Re: Did I make the right play?
You need to give a lot more info for people to be able to give good advice. Info such as size of the blinds, reads on villian, your table image, stack sizes, ect. should be included. This is all information that you need to consider when deciding how to play a hand and the same info is needed to give advice.

Re: Did I make the right play?
I wouldn't say it was a bad play, but you ran into a flush. He had a flush and wasn't going to fold. Even if you could have had a higher flush, he's probably not even concerned with what you are holding.
