I think you have to lead on a low flop like this. CO and button will almost never get frisky with a worse hand than yours.

I think you're ahead enough and looking at 33, 55, 66, 77, A3, as much as 99-JJ. But yeah, basically he's not firing again after betting into 2 on the flop w/o a hand. |
