$50NL - QQ Overpair vs aggro shorty and calling biggie
Shorty just sat down, bigger stack was 50/25/1.5 over 50 hands. I wanted to fold out the bigger stack and get it heads up against shorty who I felt would call all-in when behind. Comments?

Re: $50NL - QQ Overpair vs aggro shorty and calling biggie
Actually, I like your line. Only problem is if SB calls you're probably behind and all you can hope is that if he has T9s he's so hellbent on slowplaying that he'll check the river, which you can check behind.

Man, tough spot.
Check behind river if SB calls. I'd call a smallish bet on the river but probably fold to a big one. What about a smaller raise on turn, just enough to put shortie all in? Thoughts? |

You hope that the 50/25/1.5 will fold?? In my oppinion he is just as likely to be chasing a draw as the unknown shortstack is.
