Kill Chickens.
Meh I used to get nervous when playing big tournaments... now only if I'm getting real deep do I start to get excited. It feels like a grind by now. Just clear your head, go for a run, watch TV, listen to some chill music.... whatever makes you feel relaxed. |

One thing that always put me in the right mood is to watch some episodes of poker on TV with some of my favorite players. That always get's me geared up and wanting to play so badly since hey, if they can do it, I can but yea, we know how true that is
