FTP hand history file not saved onto hard drive

Settings look ok, option ticked, folder created: c/program files/full tilt poker/HandHistory, but the file was not created into the folder.
FTP forum had a post where someone said this happens every now and again.
Any advice?

Will FTP support email it to me or is it lost for good?

For anyone having a similar problem with Vista, running the software as administrator and turning off user account control works.
