I demolished my shoulder two years ago, and don't want the surgery (9 mos w/ no golf, no softball, Sea Doo, etc.) But before that:

Bench: 325
Squat: 450
Deadlift: N/A ....never tried it.

My workout was built around an old Soviet strength regime. Max out, and take 70% of your max and do two sets of two, ultra strict. Once you can do six sets of two, do six sets of three, ultra strict. Then six of four, five, and six. Do not move up until you can do the reps perfectly. Once you can do six sets of six without failing, re-max and start over. For awhile I was doing six sets of six on the bench at 275.
