call.

seriously?
I think I hate a call against two opponents.
What am I doing if I call and a blank falls?
What if it's a J Q K or A?
Point is, I think calling is a great way to either have to fold before show down, or get to showdown without the winner.

You are way ahead of LP's range.
MP is now really, really unlikely to bet in a protected pot on the turn if he can't beat TT. That is, if a Q falls and he bets, it's very unlikely he's now betting because he thinks the Q is a good second-barrel card vs. a donk station and an overcaller. It's likely that either the Q helped him or that he doesn't really care about the Q because he has some other made hand.
So, if he checks any turn and the donk bets, call. If he bets any turn (except a T, sure), fold, regardless of what the donk does.
If they both check, see what the river brings. Probably value bet vs. the donk on a lot of rivers and just hope that any overcard missed MP.
