My Opinion: Add to/polish the FAQ and expect the frequently asked to be re-asked or the obstinant "I'm fine with my lower body, so I don't need to squat", and let the multiple stickies fade.

taking constructive criticism is obv. not your stong suit.
the whole purpose of the post is to try and help this forum be clearer and give a better understanding of some basic goals that obv. don't even apply to shemp. how is that lame? that is productive imho.
