1) you're an idiot for allowing $50/night in the lease.
2) rather than take some stupid traceable recourse that will bite you in the ass (ie not paying last months rent, selling appliances, etc):
in 3-6 weeks, post a picture of an attractive female on craig's list personals with your land lord's phone number(s).
