Bond,

I'd like to learn more about changing gears during the first ante level (120/240/25 on FT), where you have a stack of 30BB.

Also, at 25/50, 30/60, 40/80, gameplans you develop to build your stack depending on table conditions where you are at 30 - 40BB.
