Luckily it's not a huge issue, but it's frustrating to not get a response. I was in a low stakes SNG 8-9 days ago when the servers died for about 2 hours around 1 AM eastern time. After 15 minutes I was able to reconnect for a very short time, and saw that one player had managed to stay connected and took 75% of everyone's stack by stealing the blinds. I then got booted again permanently, and never received a refund of any kind.

basically the same thing happened to me and i emailed full tilt about it and never received a response. i sent them about 3 emails a day for 5 days and they never answered. great.
