Default Re: NL25 - Push/fold pf situation

It isn't really exactly calculable, as your equity is a function of his calling range, and his calling range is presumably a function of stack depth. Your fold equity also increases as stack depth increases.

IMO.

At the upper limit he only calls with aces and your equity is [censored]. At 100BB he only calls with JJ+,AQs+,AK and your equity is [censored]. At 50BB he calls with 88+,AJ+ and you are a 2:1 dog but make up some of that with fold equity. At 25BB he calls with 66+,A6s+,ATo+ and maybe a few random hands and you are still nearly a 3:2 dog and your fold equity is not good enough to make this worthwhile. As you approach 15BB, your equity approaches 1:1 and your fold equity approaches zero. Not really worth doing without that extra BB in the pot. Very marginal. Less than that and you get looked up light enough that you have a very slight equity edge.
