As far as dealing the event, as long as the dealers have previous 8b and PL history, they should be fine. One thing to watch out for, as I have seen this more than a few times is that when you 3/4 an all-in pot, make sure that you get the dealer to quarter out what chips you opponent has behind, as I have seen the dealer just quarter the pot and kill the hands, forgetting that the rest of the stacks got in the middle too.

I'm not a dealer basher by any stretch, but a lot of dealers need help on the fine points in games other than HE. I played the Razz event last summer, and the first dealer at my table tried to deal a flop after 3rd street!
