good question!

i guess i've been leading a lot in spots like this[**] and i wanted to try something different. upon reflection, i think that leading is a fine play, especially in this smallish pot, and that i was probably being a puss because i'm running bad a little.

the plan was check-and-see. ep villain's bet surprised me because he hadn't seemed particularly aggressive. so after that guy bets and a couple callers, i called and thought about donking a safe turn.
