I originally misread and thought the girl caught the A on 5th street. Since she caught on 4th and didn't raise there with a potential low to drive out, I think AJ down is unlikely.
She could have a fluke 333 or JJJ (very badly played), but you should definitely be ahead often enough to jam here. I would be inclined to put her on an A high 3-flush on 3rd. Or maybe a strong play with just spit jacks.
Also as someone else said split kings is very unlikely from a good player.
I also think your check on 5th is correct. You would be checking most of your lows here.
