for the record, opp had a wrap and was ahead 55-45.

i wish stack sizes were a tad bit smaller or a bit deeper on this flop -- i hate to make the c/r where opp gets a bonus $140 if he wants it -- but i'm not sure i can play it any other way at that point. i might have mitigated the problem a bit if i had just raised the full amount pre-flop.

This is what I meant when I said it looks god awful and that if you like taking 60/40's as the 40 this looks like a good spot. No way you're ahead unless he folds and if he doesn't you're in god awful shape because you arent ahead ANY hand. Tricky hand though, if he his 4bet range has a lot of rundown hands you could simplify the hand by 5betting to ~180$ish preflop and folding to a shove because it would be silly for him to shove anything but AAxx. It makes the flop decision simpler and less spewy because you are risking less to win a pot that is a lot bigger.
