If you think about it this way if you sign up at one of the sites listed not through PSO you'll get the site bonus. If you sign up via PSO you'll receive the site bonus plus a free gift. As for clearing if you sign up at Party Poker via PSO you only have to play 250 raked hands to obtain Poker Tracker.
