I'd fold.
I think he slows down with hands like KJ,QJ which are basically the hands you could be geting value off.
His flop 3 bet looks like a 5, flush draw or slowplayed overpair.
The fact he dosen't take the free card on the turn when he would hate to be check-raised allin makes me think he dosen't have the flush draw.
