For other, smaller, breweries, The Lion in Wilkes-Barre PA has some decent stuff. Their Pocono products (lager specifically) is not too bad. They used to make "Brewery Hill" branded stuff, but I dunno if that's still around....part of me suspects it was transformed into "Pocono", but I am not 100% on that.
No matter where I travel, I always look for a local brew to try. Lion's stuff (even Steg) is nothing to move mountains for, but if in the area, it's a decent local swill.
