You might want to pick up a book or two. You won't be able to learn the whole book in one day, but at least that can give you a head start. Try High-Low-Split Poker by Ray Zee.

In the meantime, just play tight, observe the players, and what they are playing. Don't overplay your low hands, it can cost you alot in PL. Try to play 2-way hands that can scoop. Position becomes more important than in fixed limit. Good luck.
