Default 2xGetting shoved on the flop, 1x with overpair, 1xWith Trips; deep

Just would like to get some hints, what should be standard in these hands, going All-In or Folding?

1)
PokerStars 50 NL Hold'em <font color="#0000FF">(5 handed)</font> HandRecorder v0.9b

Stacks &amp; Stats
BB ($97.50) (19/15/oo/0) (26h)
SB ($44.10)
CO ($49.75)
BU ($49.25)
Hero ($127.25)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
<font color="#FF0000">Hero raises to $1.75</font>, CO calls $1.75, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#FF0000">BB raises to $8</font>, Hero calls $6.25, CO calls $6.25.

Flop: ($24.75) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#FF0000">Hero bets $17</font>, CO calls $17, <font color="#FF0000">BB raises to $89.50 (All-In). Hero?? </font>

2) Here Villain is loose passive, I wouldn't ask it if he would be more aggressive, but that was the 2nd raise of him I've seen in more than 60 minutes from him.

PokerStars 50 NL Hold'em <font color="#0000FF">(5 handed)</font> HandRecorder v0.9b

Stacks &amp; Stats
BB ($54.45)
MP ($101.50) (49/5/0.80/22) (83h)
SB ($45.25)
BU ($48.50)
Hero ($99)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
MP calls $0.50, Hero calls $0.50, <font color="#666666">1 folds</font>, SB calls $0.25, BB checks.

Flop: ($2) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#FF0000">SB bets $1</font>, BB folds, MP calls $1, <font color="#FF0000">Hero raises to $4.50</font>, SB folds, <font color="#FF0000">MP raises to $101 (All-In), Hero ???</font>

in 1) I gave Villain perhaps a range of AA,sometimes KK,sometimes a set,AK (most likely A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]),A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. I gave the caller behind me any pair and perhaps some draws.
Given my equity against this range, it's an easy fold. Accurate?

in 2) I ran out of time when deciding what to do (it was a fast table ). Of course, having 4th nuts is nice and hard to believe he would play 22 or AQ with a [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] so hard overbetting the pot nearly 20x. So what range I could give here the villain. I guess, it should be a call. I guess, even still an easy one, right?

PS: I know, it might be better to raise it preflop; don't know why I didn't do that.
