That is what it means

I think your reading comprehension, while not terrible, isn't really all that great either.
I used to have cowlicks when I was in middle school, but then I started just wearing my hear messy and with pomade for the most part, and it blends it all in.
Also, when I read OP, I thought I was really stupid for thinking it was a cowlick.
