Default QQ vs 2nd K on turn

No reads or stats on villain since he just sat down, but the fact that he minraised in the CO makes me think he's not very good. The open push on the turn was strange and unexpected, if he just improved his hand I would expect him to either lead out smaller or check to me to see if I fire again. So what do you make of this line of his, and do you call his push?
