some of the things that come into play on the criticizing not folding kings preflop are, live - stacks deeper (online usually capped 100bb), 9-10 handed is easier to fold KK, while it's nearly impossible short handed imo.
Although isn't strong shorthanded play a sign of a better aggressive player?
Also, Kenny challenged Genius28 (not sure of real name) to 1k/2k live a little while ago, I think during the upcoming wpt. It is pretty funny to hear Kenny talk about others laying down hands though, however strong a player he is.
