You should decide for yourself whether you can replace your bankroll easily from other sources. If you're playing 100NL and don't have another $2K to deposit, then you need to play within your bankroll. If you have $200 online, and can afford to load another $200 if you lose it, then by all means play 100NL. But given deposit limits and difficulties, most people should at least play within their available online funds, even if they stretch the standard bankroll recommendations a little.
